According to the severity and urgency of emergencies, sudden environmental events are divided into four levels: particularly serious environmental events (Grade I), major environmental events (Grade II), major environmental events (Grade III) and general environmental events (Grade IV).

Any one of the following circumstances is a particularly serious environmental event:
(1) More than 30 people died, or 100 people were poisoned (seriously injured);
(2) More than 50,000 people need to be evacuated or transferred due to environmental events, or the direct economic loss is more than 6,543,800 yuan;
(three) the regional ecological function is seriously lost or the living environment of endangered species is seriously polluted;
(four) environmental pollution seriously affects the normal local economic and social activities;

(six) pollution accidents caused by the interruption of water intake from major water sources in important cities due to environmental pollution;

1.3.2 Major environmental events (Grade II).
In any of the following circumstances, it is a major environmental event:
(1) 10, more than 30 people died, or more than 50 people were poisoned (seriously injured) 100 people;

In any of the following circumstances, it is a major environmental event:
(1) More than 3 people died, 10 people died, or 50 people were poisoned (seriously injured);

(3) Category III radioactive sources are lost, stolen or out of control.

In any of the following circumstances, it is a general environmental event:

(2) Disputes across county-level administrative regions caused by environmental pollution, which have a general mass impact;
(3) Category 4 and Category 5 radioactive sources are lost, stolen or out of control.
1.4 Scope of application
This plan is applicable to environmental pollution emergencies that occur or may occur in stupid companies.

3.3 Potential environmental pollution accidents and corresponding treatment measures
1. Facility failure.

(3) When the equipment stops water inflow, the production wastewater should be led to the emergency treatment tank. If the emergency treatment pool is full and the equipment still cannot operate normally, production will stop.

When the self-rescue action of the emergency organization cannot control the spread of the accident, the on-site emergency personnel should report to the local public security, fire control and environmental protection in time, and colleagues should contact the nearest medical institution to rush to the scene.

3.4 Emergency prevention

4. Emergency response
