Which is healthier, vegetarian or vegetarian?

From my experience, for most people, a healthy diet must be based on staple food, eating more vegetarian food and less meat.

People who have come into contact with some vegans have little effect on their health, and they are full of energy and clear-headed. However, some patients have nutritional imbalance, such as lack of vitamin B, calcium, iron and zinc.

Therefore, it is suggested that vegetarians should pay attention to food diversification, and their daily diet should include bean products, whole grains/miscellaneous beans/potatoes and taro (instead of some refined white rice flour), dark vegetables, fresh fruits, nut seeds, mushrooms and laver.

If you can't diversify your food, don't give up milk and eggs. It's easier to balance nutrition.

In addition, it is suggested to buy some wheat germ, which is rich in protein, B vitamins, zinc and selenium, and can be added when steaming rice and cooking porridge. Add extra nutrition when necessary.

Eating vegetarian food varies from person to person. Don't force it. Just follow your body's feelings and eat comfortably.
