In accordance with the principle of "voluntary, free, take away, no restrictions on the flow", migrant workers will be provided with inter-provincial nucleic acid testing services immediately after they arrive in the local area.
All localities should scientifically calculate the number and arrival time of migrant workers, set up enough nucleic acid sampling points in airports, railway stations, long-distance bus stations, inter-provincial expressway service areas, ports, passenger service areas and other places, and equip them with enough sampling and inspection personnel to facilitate the detection of migrant workers across provinces as soon as they arrive.
