Judging from the current ideological situation of rural power supply staff, the author thinks that ideological and political work should be done well from six aspects: "reality, detail, affection, assistance, innovation and liveliness". Influenced by the traditional ideological and political work, some ideological and political work is used to indoctrination education, which leads to the deviation of ideological and political work from the work center map to a certain extent, and the actual effect is not good. Under the new situation, the composition and ideas of the workforce have changed, which requires that the content of ideological and political work must be changed from old to new, from virtual to real. Reduce systematic retreat education, increase daily targeted education content, reduce education divorced from safety production and business activities, increase education on safety production and business activities management, and deepen ideological and political work into corporate culture construction.
