Required raw materials:
Water chestnut, green tea (or Pu 'er tea), sesame, peanut, crystal sugar, glutinous rice flour, fried rice, white sugar and clear water.
Practice steps:
1. Water chestnut peeled, washed and cut into small pieces.
2. Take a proper amount of green tea or Pu 'er tea leaves and soak them in clear water.
3. Stir-fry sesame seeds and peanuts in a pot, and then cool for later use.
4. Put the fried peanuts and sesame seeds into a grinder and grind them into fine powder.
5. Take a small bowl of glutinous rice flour, add some water and mix well for later use.
6. Crush the water chestnut in a bowl, then add tea and sesame peanut powder to continue crushing.
7. Add appropriate amount of rock sugar and white sugar, and then stir well.
8. Put the fried rice and some peanut and sesame powder into the bottom of the bowl, and then pour the tea into the bowl.
9. Finally, pour the glutinous rice flour water into the bowl and stir it evenly with a spoon.
Taojiang tea is sweet and nutritious, and it is a healthy drink suitable for drinking in summer.
