Persons whose entry destination is this city but have no fixed residence or do not meet the requirements of home health monitoring, or those whose entry destination is other provinces and cities but need to stay in Shanghai, will be released from centralized isolation 14 days later, and stay in the designated health monitoring hotel for 7 days, "one person, one room (set)" or "one household, one room (set)". In the meantime, it is not allowed to leave the room in principle, and the hotel provides pick-up services such as food delivery, take-away and parcels. If it is really necessary to go out due to illness, medical treatment and other special circumstances, special vehicles will be arranged for closed-loop transshipment.
After the entry personnel are released from the centralized isolation health observation 14 days, they will be transported to the home health monitoring place or the designated health monitoring hotel in a closed loop by special car. Strictly implement temperature monitoring and personal health monitoring twice a day in the morning and evening. On the second and seventh days of health monitoring, it will be transferred to designated medical institutions for nucleic acid detection in a closed loop by special car, or the medical staff will take samples at home. If the health monitoring of relevant personnel expires, the nucleic acid test result is negative and there are no clinical symptoms related to COVID-19, the community or designated hotel will cancel the health monitoring.
