A health certificate can't prove whether you are absolutely healthy. The health certificate is aimed at whether you have any infectious diseases. If you have stomach problems or other non-communicable diseases, you can't detect them when you apply for a health certificate.
The main cases of failing to apply for health certificate are: Salmonella, Shigella, tuberculosis, hepatitis A, hepatitis E and onychomycosis.
