Legal basis:
Measures for the administration of occupational health of radiation workers Article 27 Radiation work units shall establish and keep occupational health monitoring files of radiation workers for life. Occupational health monitoring files shall include the following contents:
(1) Occupational history, past history and occupational exposure history;
(two) the results of previous occupational health examination and evaluation opinions;
(3) Health information such as medical treatment of radioactive diseases and medical follow-up.
