For ten years, I have been around my children every day and cooked breakfast on time, which has become a living habit of mine, and I am used to recording my life with breakfast pictures. Let's enjoy my breakfast. It is nutritious, healthy and delicious. It's not difficult to do!

This is breakfast for two, and it belongs to both of us. In a small family, the position of husband and wife should occupy the C position, and mutual understanding and support can go further. 10 years, he supported me to take care of my baby with peace of mind, and I supported him to concentrate on his work. Although I am floating in Beijing with two children, the pressure of life is relatively high. Fortunately, we are all positive and optimistic people, so on weekends, the children slept in, and we enjoyed a nutritious and healthy breakfast for two, which is also a sense of ritual in life!

Mine is a cup of sugar-free black coffee with a little pure milk, and mine is a cup of pure milk. Cooking with two eggs, a handful of shrimp and half broccoli, divided into two parts, one for each person, heating three pieces of bread, one for him and one for me. Simple breakfast, simple life, but in different ways, there is a different taste.

Monday is a working day, the children are on summer vacation, and dad still has to go to work. Put the black beans and peanuts soaked in advance into the soymilk machine to make two cups of soymilk, one for each of us. Boxed pure milk, full fat and high calcium, is prepared for children to help them grow up healthily.

Use the breakfast machine to make sandwiches, put slices of bread, slices of cheese, slices of ham and scrambled eggs in turn, and finally put a slice of bread, turn off the breakfast machine and bake for 2-3 minutes. The sandwiches made are nutritious, delicious, tender inside and tender outside, and very delicious.

Soak the fungus in water in advance, blanch it with boiling water, add the blanched spinach and cut it into small pieces, and season it with vinegar sauce. Simple, nutritious and delicious, and it would be better to add a handful of fried peanuts.

Before going to bed, I booked a pot of breakfast porridge with a rice cooker, and put red beans, flower beans and glutinous rice. After getting up in the morning, open the lid to dissipate heat. When I ran home in the morning, the temperature of the porridge dropped and it tasted just right.

The salted duck was brought back from Changsha by my sister-in-law. It's spicy and ready to eat. It goes well with porridge, but it's too spicy to eat.

I didn't eat fried peanuts yesterday. Help yourself today. Fry peanuts in an air fryer, boil water and blanch a handful of spinach. Blanch and cut into small pieces, mix well with vinegar juice, then add fried peanuts and mix well. A plate of breakfast will be provided.

Choking steamed bread is bought, cut into four pieces and steamed in a steamer with corn. Fry 4 more eggs, one for each person is just right. Breakfast is coarse and fine, nutritious and more delicious.

The children said they wanted to eat fried dumplings, fearing that they would not have time to cook breakfast. They packed some whole wheat steamed bread, pork, radish and shrimp in advance, and then frozen them in the refrigerator. Take it out in the morning and fry it in a small amount of oil 1-2 minutes, and the bottom is slightly yellow. Then mix flour and water at the ratio of 1: 20, pour into the pot, cover the pot, stew for about 8- 10 minutes until the steamed stuffed bun is cooked, open the pot and fry it into ice flowers with high fire, which is especially popular among children.

Where there is steamed bread, there must be porridge. It's too hot. Cooking porridge with mung beans and glutinous rice is fragrant and delicious. I didn't want to drink porridge, so I heated a glass of milk alone and added a handful of tartary buckwheat slices, which tasted good.

The soaked auricularia auricula is cooked in a boiling water pot and seasoned with chopped purple cabbage. Refreshing, crisp and nutritious, with a little light breakfast side dishes, it is very appetizing.

The children said they still wanted sandwiches. No problem. Continue to arrange. I am also happy to make a simple breakfast staple. Or use the breakfast machine, put cheese slices, ham slices, lettuce leaves and scrambled eggs on a piece of bread in turn, finally cover a piece of bread, turn off the breakfast machine, bake for 2-3 minutes, take it out and cut it.

Soybeans and peanuts cooked in advance are soaked in salt water for one night, which is especially delicious in the morning. Conveniently steamed another corn, eat whatever you want for breakfast.

Sugar-free fruit yogurt is also made one night in advance, because yogurt needs to be fermented for about 8 hours. Before going to bed, mix pure milk with yogurt baking powder, put it in a cooking machine, and set the 40-degree heat preservation mode. After getting up in the morning, thick brushed sugar-free yogurt is also ready. Cut a red pitaya and put it in. You can eat it. Much more delicious than the yogurt you bought.

Make another popcorn that children like! Cut the chicken into small pieces one night in advance, marinate it with salt and black pepper, and put it in the refrigerator. Take out the chicken pieces in the morning, wrap them with corn starch, egg liquid and bread crumbs in turn, and put them in an air frying pan. Set them to 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Fried chicken rice is not only delicious, but also healthier.

Milk oatmeal is a quick breakfast porridge that I often make. Boil the water to soften the oatmeal, then pour in the pure milk and stir well.

Steam a bowl of egg custard for children, stir three eggs evenly, add 200g warm water to stir, then cut the cooked okra into small pieces and put it into the egg liquid, steam it for 13 minutes, stew it for 7 minutes, take it out and pour it with sesame oil and soy sauce. A bowl for two children is just right. Steamed corn at the same time, eat more fresh corn this season.

Boil water, put the whole okra in and cook for 2 minutes, take it out, cut off both ends, put it on a plate, pour soy sauce and sesame oil on it, grind some black pepper on the surface, and a refreshing side dish will be ready.

The staple food is potato omelet, potatoes and carrots are peeled and shredded, ham is sliced and shredded, egg liquid and flour are mixed evenly, wok is heated, half potato shreds are put, spread out to be thin in the middle and slightly thick around, an egg is put in the middle, and the pot is covered, and one side and the other side are fried. After all fried, it can be served out of the pot, which is fragrant, tender and delicious, nutritious and healthy.

I want to eat cake. I get up early in the morning and stir with flour, eggs, milk, sugar, dried cranberries and baking powder. I mixed it into a thick paste and covered it for half an hour. After fermentation, I will stir and exhaust, divide into five paper cups, and wake up for about 8 minutes. When I wake it up, I'll boil water and steam it. At the same time, there are pumpkins in Beibei to steam together, which is more convenient.

Pure milk is for children, and sugar-free black coffee with a little milk is for couples. Breakfast drinks are relatively simple.
