Why can't I see the ID card of my colleague in Guizhou Health Code?

Guizhou health code peer ID card can't be seen. The health code will not display the ID number, but only the name of the ID card, and the name will not display the full name. Personal information belongs to its own privacy, and the state has the obligation to protect citizens' privacy. If the health code is displayed in green, it will pass the inspection; if it is displayed in yellow or red, it will not pass the inspection.
