Moreover, according to normal use, even the SSD with a capacity of 500GB can meet the daily needs of consumers, while for NVMe SSD with a capacity of 1TB and 2TB, the calibrated TBW is higher, which naturally makes it easier to ensure the stable operation of SSD.
At present, many mainstream solid-state devices use TLC particles. Theoretically, the TLC lifetime is 1000PE, which means that the cycle of full erasure of hard disk can be repeated 1000 times.
According to the recent SSD triathlon test conducted by some media, it covers the SSD products of original flash memory brands such as Samsung, Changjiang Storage Zhi Zhi, Western Digital, Infineon and Kaixia. In the test, all six SSDs have passed more than 3000 erases, 1000 power-off tests and 10 year data retention tests. It can be seen that the quality of big factories is trustworthy.
