2. The health certificate issued by the staff during the epidemic will be valid for three days from the next day. After three days, you must re-declare, and the process is the same as the first application. After the application is submitted, the relevant staff will inform the General Administration to make arrangements, but the time varies slightly from place to place.

According to the requirements of the Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Health Declaration and Certification Service for Migrant Workers issued by emergency headquarters in response to the novel coronavirus epidemic, the people's governments of cities (states) and counties (cities, districts) in the province and the employing units must recognize the health declaration and certification printed by the Provincial Health and Wellness Committee, and may not set a separate threshold to restrict migrant workers from entering and leaving the region. Migrant workers should go to the neighborhood (community) and neighborhood Committee (village Committee) as soon as possible after arriving at the place where the employer is located.
