Learning in primary school is of course important. If you don't get enough sleep, it will affect your child's brain development and physical development. Therefore, the best schedule for primary school students allows parents to arrange their children's schedules reasonably to ensure their children's adequate sleep.
note:
1, let the children go to bed at 9 o'clock every night on time. If the child still doesn't sleep, let him go to the balcony to breathe fresh air. Take a deep breath, sit still for a while and relax.
2, inhibit stimulation, such as not watching TV movies before going to bed, not scolding children, and not forcing children to do things they don't want to do.
3. Don't let children eat supper before going to bed, don't drink strong tea, coffee, drinks and eat chocolate; Don't overeat at dinner, you can eat some foods containing amino acids.
