China anorectal disease magazine organization

(a) adhere to the policy of running a journal:

Since its establishment, the editorial department has been implementing the publishing policy of China Journal of Anorectal Diseases. Guided by Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, adhere to the Party's basic line and principles, implement the Party's and the State's health work principles and policies, unite and rely on the three forces of traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine and combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine, integrate theory with practice, do a good job in popularization, implement the policy of "letting a hundred flowers blossom", reflect the research results of anorectal diseases, sum up and popularize the experience in prevention and treatment of anorectal diseases, safeguard people's health, and serve the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and material civilization.

(2) Highlight the characteristics of this journal:

China Journal of Anorectal Diseases is the only professional journal of prevention and treatment of anorectal diseases in China, and it is an important tool for academic exchange and improvement of academic level of anorectal disciplines in China. Its contents include traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine and combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine, but the prevention and research of anorectal diseases by traditional Chinese medicine and combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is incomparable with similar publications abroad. On the topic selection, there are not only clinical research, basic theoretical research, literature review, special lectures, etc., but also a considerable amount of experience in diagnosis and treatment of common and difficult diseases, which makes the magazine rich in content and suitable for readers at all levels. At the same time, the policy of letting a hundred schools of thought contend and a hundred flowers blossom is implemented, and articles with different academic viewpoints are also published in magazines for in-depth discussion and common improvement. Because the magazine has a wide range of contents and is close to readers, it has formed a relatively stable readership.

(3) Update the layout and add columns:

The cover of the magazine was redesigned with 1984, and the title was re-inscribed by Sha Menghai, a famous calligrapher in China. The main columns of this journal include the experience, works and clinical research of old Chinese medicine practitioners, case reports, literature reviews, special lectures and so on. In order to introduce some practical essays to readers, the column of single prescription was changed into clinical highlights in 1985, which is a step forward in clinical popularization and application. At the same time, pay attention to the text layout of each issue and the arrangement of key articles, adopt Vancouver format, and arrange references early. However, due to the lack of articles by famous traditional Chinese medicine practitioners, they still can't meet the requirements of publication. So at the end of 1984, the main leaders of Anorectal Journal held a meeting in Beijing to discuss, and adopted a flexible approach to the column of experience of old traditional Chinese medicine practitioners, moving it to treatise and clinical research. If there is such an article, it will be published temporarily; if not, it will not be published.

In the discipline construction, the magazine also pays attention to introducing the academic experience of the older generation of experts and scholars in China and the noble moral character of devoting themselves to the anorectal cause of the motherland. For example, the achievements of famous anorectal experts such as Wang Fanglin and Zhang, etc. were published successively, and it was reported that Professor Yu Dehong won the 15 1 International Association's 2000 Professional Contribution Award, which inspired later scholars and encouraged them to inherit and carry forward the fine traditions of the older generation of experts. Encouraged by the deeds of the older generation of experts, a new generation of scholars have thrived, and many have become academic backbones and leaders in universities, scientific research institutions and demonstration hospitals.

Increase the number of published papers:

In order to meet the needs of academic exchange, this journal was changed from quarterly to bimonthly on 1993 and monthly on 1998. In order to be in line with international standards, it was changed from 200 1 to a large version of 16. With the change of distribution and edition, the magazine capacity has greatly increased. Before 1357, after 10, 4,578 papers were published, and in 200 10/0, 2,702 papers were published, the number in recent five years was twice that in the previous 10 year. According to the statistics of Anorectal Literature Catalogue of Major Medical Journals in China edited by Dong Feifei of Tianjin People's Hospital, the papers published in this journal in recent 10 account for about 309.0% of the total anorectal literature published in major medical journals in China. Due to the increase of magazine capacity, the publication cycle of manuscripts has been greatly shortened, so that scientific research results can meet readers as soon as possible. In 2005, the average time difference reported by this journal was 8.2 months, which was 48.4% lower than that of 15.9 months in 2000. Up to now, China Journal of Anorectal Diseases has published 25 volumes, 169, and published 8637 papers. The published works include not only the scientific research achievements of experts and scholars, but also the clinical experience of medical workers, including projects funded by national, provincial and municipal scientific research funds and award-winning works. Some research results have leapt to the forefront of the world, attracting attention at home and abroad. According to incomplete statistics, there are 3 1 projects approved by the state, provinces and cities in the papers published by this journal since 2000, which objectively shows the development status of anorectal discipline in China. Relevant library management experts analyzed the published articles and quotations. The number of articles published by the library of Chengde Medical College in Zhang Guiling and other statistical journals and clinical research columns is 199 1 ~1998 * *, showing an increasing trend year by year, with an increase of 473.2% compared with1991. Zhang Xiaogang, the library of Xi Central Hospital, analyzed the citation of this journal in 1992 ~ 1994 related articles, and thought that this journal occupied a high position in the field of anorectal diseases in China. According to the statistics of the General Hospital of Tianjin Medical University, this journal was cited 298 times in 2004, with an impact factor of 0.226. It has become one of the major professional journals in the international anorectal discipline, a fixed target of the Literature Database of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Literature Database of China Biomedical Journals (CMCC) and the Traditional Chinese Medicine Edition of China Medical Literature, and has been selected as the core journal in Chinese by Beijing Library.

(5) Firmly establish the consciousness of "excellent products":

In order to ensure the quality of periodicals, it is also important to establish a multi-level team of authors in addition to conscientiously implementing the standards for sci-tech periodicals formulated by the former State Science and Technology Commission. As the quality of magazines has been improved year by year, according to the standardized requirements of magazine management, this magazine has been rated as an excellent journal, and according to the requirements of superiors, the logo of excellent journals has been marked in the upper left corner of the cover of this magazine for many years.

Relevant leaders of the Chinese Medical Association commented on this journal: "The development speed of anorectal magazine is amazing in the history of the development of medical journals in China." As far as the publication of international professional journals on anorectal diseases is concerned, the American Association of Colorectal Surgeons has been established 105, and its journal "Colorectal Diseases" is a monthly magazine with a total of 47 volumes published. Journal of Japan Society for Colorectal and Anal Diseases, sponsored by Japan Society for Colorectal and Anal Diseases, publishes 57 volumes in lO issue every year. The International Journal of Colorectal Diseases, edited by Buhr, was founded in 1986 and published in 19 volumes. The International Journal of Colorectal Diseases, sponsored by the British and Irish Colorectal Association, was founded in 1986 as a quarterly magazine. Since 1999, it has been renamed bimonthly with a total of six volumes published. Inflammatory Bowel Disease is a bimonthly magazine sponsored by Crohn's Disease and Colitis Foundation of the United States, and has been published in 10 volume. In a short period of 25 years, our journal has published 25 volumes from quarterly to bimonthly, and then to monthly, ranking third in the world.

(6) Strengthen the construction of editorial department.

Constantly improve the political and professional level of editors: the editorial department is the working entity for editing and publishing periodicals. Without a sound and powerful editorial department, it is difficult to run a magazine well. The enlarged meeting of editorial board held in Baotou from 65438 to 0985 decided to strengthen the construction of editorial department, which laid a solid foundation for the development of magazines. There are 8 editors in the editorial department, including 5 internal editors and 3 supernumerary editors. There are 5 senior titles and 3 intermediate titles, and they are competent for their own work. This print was originally printed by Yingkou Daily Newspaper Printing House, and the text was moved to Shandong by Shandong College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Printing House. The cover is printed by Jinan No.3 Printing Factory (now renamed Jinan Xinhua Printing Factory), and the text is printed by lead printing, offset printing and letterpress paper. Covered with 120g double-sided adhesive paper, and then changed to 120g double-sided coated paper. The two printing plants engaged in printing can basically guarantee the printing quality. Since 1989, the printing work has been obviously improved, and all published magazines can be delivered to the post office on schedule. But the characters are printed with movable type, and the printing quality is worse than offset printing. In order to further improve the quality of the magazine, 1992 was changed to laser phototypesetting and offset printing.

In 2005, the magazine was changed to 64 pages, with 65,438+057 grams of coated paper on the cover and 65,438+005 grams of coated paper on the text. The paper used is equivalent to similar foreign periodicals, and its printing and binding will also enter a new stage. After the publication of this magazine, it was distributed internally and sold by editors, so its circulation was very small. 1984 is mainly distributed by subscription of Xinhua Bookstore. According to the requirements of Shandong Xinhua Bookstore, 1984 printed 25,000 copies in the first and second phases, and 10000 copies in the third and fourth phases. In that year, Xinhua Bookstore actually sold 27 12 copies per issue, the editorial department sold 1600 copies, and * * sold more than 4,000 copies. Shandong has the largest number of subscribers, reaching 2 14, and other provinces have dozens of subscribers. The problem with this distribution model is that Xinhua Bookstore is mostly in the city, so there are few opportunities for magazines to meet readers, and it is difficult to subscribe, so it is impossible to receive magazines in time. Due to inaccurate ordering, it is difficult to plan printing, which leads to magazine accumulation. Since 1985, it has been distributed by Dezhou Post Office, and a subscription channel has been opened to facilitate readers to read magazines in time. 1989 magazine was moved from Dezhou post office to Jinan post office, ending the situation that the magazine was printed in Jinan and then shipped to other places for distribution. Relevant leaders and departments of Jinan Municipal Government gave strong support to the work handed over to Jinan Post Office. In order to understand the distribution of this journal's circulation in various provinces, in 2005, some subscribers of Jinan Post Office were distributed as follows: Henan 704, Shandong 5 10, Jiangsu 448, Hebei 433, Sichuan 42 1, Guangdong 342, Zhejiang 338, Hubei 3l3, and the rest.
