According to the job vacancies and work needs of institutions affiliated to Weifang Sports Bureau, according to the Regulations on Personnel Management of Institutions (Order No.652 of the State Council), Interim Provisions on Open Recruitment of Institutions (Order No.6 of Ministry of Personnel) and relevant regulations on open recruitment of provincial and municipal institutions, the relevant matters concerning open recruitment of staff in institutions affiliated to Weifang Sports Bureau in 2022 are hereby announced as follows:
I. Recruitment positions and conditions
(1) Recruitment position
There are 4 coaches: fencing coach 1 person in Weifang Sports School, football coach 1 person, cycling coach 1 person in Weifang Children's Sports School and table tennis coach 1 person.
(2) Recruitment conditions

Candidates are not allowed to apply for posts that fall under the circumstances stipulated in the Regulations on Avoidance of Personnel Management in Public Institutions (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2065 438+09] 1).
Overseas students who have obtained degrees and certificates issued by the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council and the Education Service Center authorized by the Ministry of Education may apply for positions with corresponding academic qualifications and degree requirements.

Each person is limited to one post, and the sender is disqualified. Candidates can modify their registration information while their qualifications are pending approval. The recruitment unit has passed the preliminary examination, and the registration information cannot be changed. Those who fail the preliminary examination may report to other posts within the specified time.
The performance of the applicant during the application period will be one of the important contents of the open recruitment inspection. Applicants must use valid identity documents for registration and examination, and their personal information such as name and ID number must be true and consistent with the information contained in the identity documents used during the examination. (3) Qualification examination

If the qualification review does not meet the requirements for registration, the qualification for registration will be cancelled. According to the standards approved by the Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Shandong Provincial Department of Finance "Notice on Re-determining the Examination Fee Standard for Personnel Recruitment Examination in Institutions and Institutions" (Lufa Reform Price [2022] No.55), the written examination fee is charged at 40 yuan per person and subject.

The examination for open recruitment of staff in public institutions is divided into written examination and interview, and the scores are calculated by using the percentage system.
(1) Written examination
Written test content: professional theory test. In order to ensure the basic quality of new recruits, the written test scores are determined by Weifang Sports Bureau according to the number of job recruits and written test scores.
The written test shall be conducted by unified examination, unified standard and unified marking.
Written test time: 9: 00-/kloc-0+0: 00 on October 22nd, 2022.

(2) Interview
The interview is organized and implemented by Weifang Sports Bureau in accordance with relevant regulations, which mainly tests the comprehensive quality of candidates in professional knowledge, business skills, adaptability, problem analysis and problem solving ability, language expression ability, service awareness and manners.
Interviewers are selected from candidates who have passed the written test scores, and are determined from high to low according to the recruitment positions and the number of recruits (see annex 1 for details), and announced to the public according to the prescribed procedures. If there are multiple candidates with the same written test scores, they will be determined as interview candidates. If there are vacancies in the number of qualified written tests, the recruitment will be cancelled; Those who fail to reach the interview ratio shall be determined according to the actual number of qualified people. Vacancies caused by abandoning the exam will be filled in turn according to the written test results. The interview results are made by the examiner on the spot, and the average score is calculated after removing a score and a minimum score. The results will be announced to the candidates after the interview. The qualified score for this interview is 60 points. Those who fail to reach the qualified score line cannot enter the scope of physical examination and inspection. The number of interviewees in the recruitment position is equal to or less than the recruitment plan (for example, recruitment 1 person, only 1 person participated in the interview; Another example is to recruit 3 people and 2 people to participate in the interview), and the average score of all candidates who participated in the same examiner group on the same day is used to determine the post interview qualified score line.
After the interview, the written test scores and interview scores will be calculated according to the published ratio (see Annex 1 for details), and the total test scores will be calculated by using the percentage system. The written test scores, interview scores and total test scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off. According to the total score of the exam, determine the candidates who enter the scope of inspection and physical examination. If the total scores of candidates in the same recruitment position are tied, the scope of investigation and physical examination shall be determined according to the written test scores from high to low. The written test results are still tied, and the scope of investigation and physical examination is determined by means of additional test. The written test scores, interview scores and total test scores are announced to the public on the website of Weifang Sports Bureau.
The specific time and requirements of the interview will be notified separately. According to the regulations, the interview fee is per person per session in 70 yuan.
Fourth, inspection and physical examination
Weifang Sports Bureau has set up a working group for physical examination. According to the recruitment position and the total test scores of candidates, the candidates who enter the scope of physical examination and inspection are determined according to the high score and low score ratio of 1: 1, and the order of inspection and physical examination is determined independently according to the actual situation, and the organization is equivalent.
According to the requirements of post conditions, the investigation is conducted in various ways, mainly focusing on ideological and political performance, moral quality, ability and quality, study and work performance, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, whether there are situations that should be avoided and the matching degree with the recruitment position, and re-examining whether the candidates meet the prescribed post qualifications and whether the relevant information materials provided are true and accurate. In accordance with the Opinions on Further Strict Management of Cadres' Archives (Lu Zufa [2065438+07] No.2), the files of the subjects were strictly examined, with the emphasis on "three years of age, two calendars and one identity". Seriously investigate and deal with the problems existing in the archives. If the problem is not identified and the treatment is not in place, the employment procedures will not be handled. The inspection and physical examination working group seeks truth from facts, evaluates the inspected object comprehensively, objectively and fairly, and forms written inspection opinions. Candidates who fail to accept the inspection and provide relevant materials according to the specified time shall be deemed to have given up automatically.
Physical examination should be carried out in general hospitals at or above the county level. Physical examination standards and items shall be implemented with reference to civil servants' physical examination standards and operation manuals, unless otherwise stipulated by the state. If re-examination is required according to regulations, it shall not be carried out in the original medical examination hospital, and the re-examination can only be carried out 1 time, and the result shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion. Applicants who fail to attend the physical examination at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up automatically. The medical examination fee shall be borne by the candidates themselves.
Vacancies due to abandonment of inspection, physical examination qualification or unqualified inspection and physical examination shall be filled in equal amounts in turn according to the total scores of applicants for the same position.
V. Publicity and employment
Those who pass the examination, inspection and physical examination will be publicized on the website of Weifang Sports Bureau for 7 working days. The list of persons to be employed will not be replenished after publicity. If there is any objection during the publicity period, Weifang Sports Bureau will investigate and deal with it in accordance with relevant regulations and make a conclusion. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there are no problems or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, Weifang Sports Bureau will put forward employment opinions and report them to the comprehensive personnel management department of Weifang institutions for filing procedures in accordance with the management authority. If the problems affecting employment are reflected and verified, they will not be employed.
