Make sure the hard disk is connected properly and check the health of the hard disk.
1. Ensure that the hard disk is connected normally: check whether the hard disk is connected to the ThinkBook 16 interface correctly, ensure that the data cable and power cable are firmly connected, and plug and unplug the hard disk again to ensure good connection.
2. Check the health status of the hard disk: Check the health status of the hard disk with a hard disk health detection tool (such as CrystalDiskInfo).
3. Temperature management: ensure that the ambient temperature in the backpack is appropriate and will not lead to overheating. Small backpack space or poor ventilation will lead to overheating of the hard disk.
4. Optimize the hard disk settings: check the hard disk settings of the operating system to ensure that the hard disk is in normal working mode and enable the appropriate power management options.
