Some children love vegetarianism, others love meat, or are particularly picky about food. In such a humid season as spring, I will cook 1-2 times a week, so as to remove moisture and strengthen the spleen and stomach. It is not difficult to make food and ingredients, and you can hoard a little if necessary. Every time I make this soup for my child, the child can drink 2 large bowls, and the spleen and stomach will be good, and the appetite for eating will be good.

Ingredients: 250g lean meat, 20g Ophiopogon japonicus, 20g Polygonatum odoratum, candied dates 1, and several slices of ginger.
