Exercise is generally divided into three levels: primary, intermediate and advanced.

According to Taoist kung fu, primary qigong is called human fairy and earth fairy. According to Buddhist qigong, it is called Luohangong. Step 2: Build the pattern.

In other words, you should have a basic concept of the skills you are practicing. If you practice Sunday work, handling skills, etc. , you must first build the schema. When practicing martial arts, once you calm down and think about it, Qi may follow the pattern, which can be from head to toe, according to meridians or parts. In short, you design whatever your subconscious likes. If there is a master's guidance, you should train according to the master's model and consciously lead your breath to that road.

Step 3: Establish the foundation.

Constantly strengthen the sense of breath in the mode, and it is best that your mode has a clear sense of breath for 24 hours. This is Tsukiji.

Step 4: Build a tripod on the base and start practicing Dan.

If you practice Zhou Tiangong, the sense of gas becomes particularly obvious. If it is further strengthened, it will seem that Renmai, Dumai and Dantian have all been built. This is called Jiping, which means that the foundation on the ground has been built. In this regard, people with special functions can see it at a glance, because you are angry, and the route it runs on you is obvious. If you are practicing the nine-turn Gong Xuan, your head, chest and abdomen are spinning and glowing at any time and place, which is particularly obvious. This is called "building a tripod on a flat foundation". Then you can practice dancing.

Since practicing Dan, I have entered the realm of Qigong. Where is your "tripod", such as in the head, abdomen or other places, where you can gather your qi. This is called Lian Dan. You can repeatedly train according to the thirteen processes of refining qi, refining qi, returning to spirit and returning to emptiness, and combining emptiness with Taoism.

In short, the primary work has four steps: the first step is to clean up the sick gas; The second is the structural model, and the route should be clear; The third is to build a solid foundation and constantly practice on the route; The fourth is to build a tripod on the base, and the air sense in the model is particularly obvious. Finally, build a tripod in one part or several parts and start practicing Dan. General kungfu can be trained in this way.

2. Intermediate Qigong

It is equivalent to Taoist immortal kung fu and Buddhist bodhisattva kung fu. If you enter the intermediate qigong, you will have less sleep, less appetite, good health and full of energy, and some different functions will appear.

3. Advanced Qigong

Immortal Kung Fu equivalent to Taoist Kung Fu and Buddhist Kung Fu. At this level, the body is healthy and energetic, but it is often thin; Don't sleep or sleep less, or sleep and practice; Eat especially clear, light and little; It shows extraordinary functions and has a long life. This is advanced qigong.

It can be seen that in qigong, not only is it known to everyone now, but it is to sit still for a while and practice breathing, which is called practicing. The secret of practicing Qigong is endless. After understanding the three levels of practicing Qigong, you will be more interested, so you should pay attention to constantly improving your skills.
