Procedures required to obtain a health certificate include:
(1) Have a physical examination before getting a health certificate.

3. Routine physical examination of internal and external surgery.
4, X-ray chest X-ray.
5. Complete all physical examination items.
(2) The physical examination results meet the conditions for issuing health certificates. After passing the training of health laws and regulations organized by health supervision institutions, I will go to the health supervision office of the health bureau under my jurisdiction to apply for a health certificate with my one-inch bareheaded color photo. If the results do not meet the conditions for issuing health certificates, health certificates will not be issued.

People's Republic of China (PRC) Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Article 6 The health administrative department of the State Council is in charge of the prevention and control of infectious diseases and its supervision and management throughout the country. The health administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and their supervision and management within their respective administrative areas. Other departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases within their respective functions and duties. The prevention and control of infectious diseases in the army shall be handled in accordance with this Law and the relevant provisions of the state, and shall be supervised and managed by the competent health department of the People's Liberation Army of China.
