1, wash your face scientifically

After getting up every morning, we'd better wash a cold noodle, which can not only wash away the dust stuck on our faces when we sleep, but also improve our mental state for the day. For some girls who wear makeup every day, the first thing after work every night is to wash their faces and wash away the faded makeup and dirt.

The water temperature for cleaning is about 30℃. Don't use too hot water, hot air will absorb too much oil on the skin, make the skin dry, destroy the original elasticity and luster, and wrinkle easily; Don't use too cold water. Although cold water can clean the dirt on the surface, it can't clean the dirt and excess oil in pores. Washing your face with warm water of about 30℃ can make your pores open and clean more thoroughly, without causing harm to your skin.

A reasonable diet refers to a diet that can provide comprehensive and balanced nutrition. Various foods contain different nutrients, and no natural food can provide all the nutrients needed by the human body. A variety of foods can meet various nutritional needs of human body, achieve nutritional balance and promote health.

Three meals a day should be arranged reasonably and regularly. Eat well at breakfast, eat well at lunch and eat less at dinner. Eat well for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. Drinking alcohol should not be excessive. Even if you drink alcohol, you should try to drink low-alcohol alcohol and control the amount of drinking below the appropriate limit.
