What are the lots where high-grade office buildings in Wuhan are concentrated?

After several years of weakness, Wuhan office market has entered the road of recovery, and seven business districts have begun to take shape.

Statistics show that Hankou has concentrated more than 90% of high-grade office buildings in Wuhan. The three major business districts in Hankou are Wuhan-Guangzhou business district represented by Taihe Plaza, World Trade Center and Wuhan Plaza, Jianshe Avenue business district represented by Yin Jian Tower and New World International Trade Center, and Zhong Bai business district represented by Zhong Bai Office Building and Kerry Plaza.

Wuchang area is Xu Dong business circle, Zhongnan business circle and Guanggu business circle. The Zhongjiacun business district in Hanyang has also begun to take shape.

Last year, the Grade A office buildings in Wuhan market were mainly repackaged office buildings, with an average selling price of 7,000 yuan/square meter, which was similar to the price of high-grade residential buildings in the same lot.

It is understood that the seven business districts have attracted nearly 80% of enterprises to work in them. For example, the business circle of Jianshe Avenue, where high-grade office buildings are concentrated, has concentrated almost all multinational companies' institutions and joint ventures in China. Optical Valley Business Circle has attracted thousands of entrepreneurial and high-tech enterprises to settle in.

According to the statistics of Wuhan Fang Yi Research Center, the average price of office buildings in Wuhan has risen steadily, with the average price of 4937.64 yuan/square meter in the first half of the year, up 6.94% year-on-year, far greater than the increase in previous years.

According to the analysis, with the rise of Central China, many foreign countries and foreign investors began to regard Wuhan as one of the candidate cities for their branches, R&D centers or regional headquarters, which promoted the office market to heat up.
