Does health care mean longevity?

I don't think keeping in good health will necessarily lead to longevity. Health and longevity have been the common aspiration and concern of human beings since ancient times. After all, human life is composed of many factors. My analysis has the following aspects:

1. family gene, which is the most basic and fundamental. If a family has a family genetic disease, it is likely that this family will be affected by this gene and cause diseases, which will directly affect a person's life span.

2. Keep scientific work and rest, go to bed early and get up early, arrange daily life reasonably, ensure a good sleep, combine work and rest, and pay attention to rest.

Keep a relaxed and happy mood every day, because a good attitude can make the body's immune function in the best state, the resistance will be enhanced, and the disease resistance will be enhanced.

4. Exercise can relax and contract the cardiovascular system, and the functions of each system will be improved. Exercise can be based on their actual situation to develop an exercise plan, which varies from person to person, step by step, and persevere.

5. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and achieve a scientific mix of meat and vegetables.
