4. Dissatisfaction with home observation after leaving the administrative area of this province 14 days;

After receiving the prompt message of "Traveler's Health Pass Card Application" verified by Shandong National Health Information Platform, the card issuer can click on the column of "Health Pass Card" and select "Pass Card Issuance" to view the traveler's application information. For remote face-to-face verification, the card issuer can click "Video Call", and the traveler can click "Accept Call Application" in WeChat "Service Notice" for video connection. The issuing personnel inquire and verify the relevant information, and ask the travelers to measure their body temperature remotely, and confirm the health information for those with normal body temperature and issue it.

After the electronic health pass is issued, it will show one of three colors: red, yellow and green according to the verification:

Red indicates that you do not meet the travel conditions, and you need to report to your community or unit, and notify the local epidemic prevention and control department if necessary.

Yellow indicates that the information needs to be further improved and verified before it can be passed, or the health pass card has expired and needs to be declared again.

Green means you can go straight through.
