The Master Layout Plan of Digital China Construction proposes that by 2025, an integrated promotion pattern of horizontal opening, vertical connection and strong coordination will basically be formed, and important progress will be made in the construction of digital China. The scale and quality of data resources have been accelerated, the value of data elements has been effectively released, and the accuracy, generalization and convenience of digital society have achieved remarkable results. By 2035, the level of digital development will be in the forefront of the world, and great achievements will be made in the construction of digital China.
The plan points out that economic and social development should be fully empowered:
(1) Make the digital economy stronger and better. Promote the deep integration of digital technology and the real economy, and accelerate the innovative application of digital technology in key areas such as education, medical care, transportation and energy.
(2) Building an inclusive and convenient digital society. Promote the popularization of digital public services, develop digital health, and standardize the development of Internet diagnosis and treatment and Internet hospitals.
