How to improve health level

1. Ensure adequate sleep, go to bed early and get up early.

2. Be optimistic, don't haggle too much, and be open-minded.

3. Insist on giving yourself proper physical exercise.

Try to eat an apple every day.

6. Communicate with people often and get together with friends and family.
