Second, the time and place
1. Schedule: May 24th, 2022. The specific sampling time shall be subject to the local township notice.
2. Sampling place: The broad masses of people are invited to actively participate in nucleic acid detection and take samples in an orderly manner at the nearest sampling point according to the specified time.
Third, matters needing attention
1. The inspected personnel carry valid personal identification documents and mobile phones, and go to the designated sampling point for sampling in an orderly manner. People who don't have smart phones can apply for health codes in advance through their family's mobile phones. Persons with mobility difficulties should report to the village in time, and the staff should organize sampling to ensure that no one is missing. Foreign personnel shall conduct nucleic acid testing according to the unified arrangement of the village where they live.
2. All personnel involved in sampling, please always wear masks, strictly obey the on-site command and management, and take the initiative to measure the temperature and check the code. Keep a safe distance for waiting for "one meter distance" or sampling "three meters distance", don't cut in line, talk or gather, cover your nose and mouth with a paper towel or handkerchief when coughing or sneezing, and don't spit everywhere. Do not smoke, drink or chew gum 30 minutes before sampling; Try to avoid eating 2 hours before sampling.
3. Don't take off your mask when the previous candidate finishes the exam, and go to the exam immediately. After the medical staff disinfected their hands and took out a new sampling cotton swab, they quickly took off their masks and opened their mouths to take samples. During sampling, avoid touching related items on the sampling table, or putting items such as mobile phones, keys and ID cards on the table. Wear a mask immediately after sampling, leave the sampling point quickly, and don't spit anywhere or in the sampling trash can. Wash your hands immediately after you go home.
4. If you have fever, cough, diarrhea, fatigue and other symptoms, please do not go to the centralized sampling point for the time being. On the premise of personal protection, go to the nearest fever clinic and sentinel in time to avoid taking public transportation.
5. According to the requirements of the "Emergency Notice on Further Strengthening the Inspection and Aggregation of Nucleic Acid Testing Certificates in All Regions" issued by the Provincial Command, all sampling points are required to check the negative documents of nucleic acid testing for entry personnel within 7 days while implementing epidemic prevention measures such as temperature measurement and code testing.
6. Please keep a good attitude and normal life order, and don't spread rumors and rumors. The public security organs will investigate those who refuse to cooperate with the work, disturb the order, and conceal, lie or forge information according to law.
