Qihe Food Education Join Hands with Kindergarten Affiliated to Zhang Yu Normal University —— Let's protect children's health together.

Diet education includes not only knowledge of life, nature and gratitude, but also specific common sense of life such as balance, cooperation and eating habits. As the basis of life and education, diet education has been widely included in the key work of early childhood education in recent years.

As the first children's food and nutrition center in Jiangxi Province and the practice base of children's food and education of Jiangxi Nutrition Society, Qihe Food and Education has formed a set of teaching system suitable for children's food and education characteristics after long-term exploration.

Based on the concept of caring for children's health and protecting the future, we cooperate with the kindergarten affiliated to Zhang Yu Normal University to carry out special food and education activities, so that children can have health awareness at an early age, thus promoting their all-round and healthy physical and mental growth and building a nutritious and healthy standard kindergarten.

We not only carefully prepared rich and interesting nutrition knowledge courses for kindergarten children, but also provided them with scientific nutrition diet recipes, and popularized dietary nutrition knowledge to parents and kindergarten teachers through various forms.

Two months later, our food education teacher gave the children a series of interesting food education classes. The content of the course is based on the children's own hands, combined with some teaching AIDS, and arranged around the seven nutrients and the traditional festivals and solar terms in China. Children learn food and education knowledge through personal experience, personal operation and personal experience, and gradually develop good eating habits.

During the National Day, children shared the nutrition knowledge they learned in frequent punching classes, which was also recognized by the garden and parents. We hope to protect children's health and give them a bright future through joint efforts with kindergartens.
