Two New Requirements for Britain to Return to China Recently, the global COVID-19 epidemic has fluctuated and rebounded, and the number of people who entered China from Britain has increased after their entry. In order to further improve the prevention and control of epidemic situation and ensure the health and safety of relevant personnel, according to the latest domestic prevention and control regulations, a system of nucleic acid detection and self-health monitoring has been added to the personnel departing from Britain for China seven days before boarding the plane since September 2, 2002/KLOC-0. The specific requirements are as follows:
1. Personnel who travel from the UK to China should go to the local regular testing institution for nucleic acid testing (hereinafter referred to as "the first test") on the 7th natural day before the flight departs from the UK. For example, if the flight leaving the UK takes off on a Friday (based on the date in the travel itinerary), passengers should have their first inspection at the local routine inspection agency on the Friday of the previous week. If the result is positive, please report the health code according to the work staff flow with a history of infection after rehabilitation. If the result is negative, please keep the test report properly and upload it together with other materials when applying for the health code.
2. People who travel from Britain to China should download and print the Self-Health Monitoring Form at the end of this notice in advance (if there is no printing equipment, they can also draw it by themselves in white paper), conduct health monitoring for 7 consecutive days and fill in the form truthfully until the date of applying for the health code. Please sign your name by hand in the space below the completed self-health monitoring form, and indicate the date of signature. When applying for a health code, take photos and upload them together with other materials.
3. Previously, the requirement that people who went to China from Britain had to go to the testing institution designated by the embassy or consulate for nucleic acid and antibody testing on the day of departure or two natural days before departure from Britain remained unchanged (hereinafter referred to as "double testing").
Four, the initial test and retest must be conducted in different institutions.
5. The personnel whose departure date is September 9th should be tested for the first time on September 2nd, and those whose departure date is on or after September 10, and so on. If the departure date of the flight from the UK is on or before September 8th, it is only necessary to carry out continuous health monitoring, fill in the self-health monitoring form and carry out double testing, without the need for the first testing.
6. If you have any questions, please contact the Chinese Embassy in the UK for consultation, and the Embassy will reply in time.
