These are the foundations of our food plan. It is equivalent to standing on the shoulders of giants and becoming nutritious architects.
Of course, many people may still believe in all kinds of "earth" and "original ecology" and always feel that there are some unknown mysterious substances in it. Fortunately, technology is always improving, and nutrition and consumer cognition are rising in a spiral structure. Otherwise, people are still eating willow bark instead of aspirin.
In the process of simplifying food, we tried many schemes.
There are still serious mistakes in choosing the existing ingredients to match, such as a coarse grain, several eggs, fish, fruits and vegetables.
