Common sense of life: seven secrets of health and longevity

According to the research report of American Journal of Health, there are two groups of people worthy of our study in countries and regions. The first group is Greece, Italy, Japan, California, Costa Rica and other places with a large number of longevity, and the second group is Mexico, Iceland, Japan, Greece and Cameroon and other countries with low incidence of heart disease, depression and cancer. The following are some characteristics of longevity in these countries, which may be practiced one by one.

1, eat 20% less.

The first group generally eats less, with an average of 20% less per meal than other parts of the world. They usually don't put a big plate of food on the dining table, but eat with small plates.

2, love to eat vegetarian food.

People in longevity areas regard meat as a "seasoning" and vegetarian food as a staple food. Vegetarian food contains a lot of antioxidants and is low in calories.

3. Learn to train your taste.

Tofu, salad, kelp and other foods are not as delicious as foods with high fat, sugar and salt content, but you can train your taste step by step from less to more.

4. Enjoy your food slowly.

Although it is not necessary to light every meal, even if you order takeout, you should sit at the table and enjoy it for at least 20 minutes.

Not only can you enjoy delicious food, but you can also prevent overeating. 5. Cultivate sports awareness.

Take exercise as "housework" and seize every opportunity to exercise in life, such as doing housework, running the vegetable market, walking to the supermarket to shop, going upstairs and so on.

6. Go out more.

Strong family and social relationships are also important factors for longevity. Make friends with people who have healthy living habits. A friend's good habits are contagious.

Studies have shown that joining some volunteer organizations and charitable organizations can also prolong life. 7. Learn to adjust yourself.

Even the oldest people sometimes feel stressed and depressed. Meditation, running and eating with friends are all good ways to relieve stress. After forming a long-term good habit, it doesn't matter if you indulge occasionally and eat some high-fat food.
