Modern people feel more and more tired because of the pace and pressure of life, but when they go to the hospital for examination, most of them find nothing wrong, but fatigue still exists. This is one of the common manifestations of sub-health, and most patients will feel tired. Physical fatigue is a common phenomenon of healthy people after fatigue, which can be recovered after rest, but frequent fatigue without adequate rest will lead to sub-health or even illness. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that human health is the result of the balance and coordination between man and society, nature and yin and yang. "Even people are not sick", "Yin and Pingyang are the secret, and God is the cure", so people with imbalance between Yin and Yang will be tired and even sick.

1. Ginseng buccal tablets

Main ingredients: American ginseng

Indications: anti-fatigue, immune regulation, benefiting qi and nourishing yin.

Administration and dosage: Take orally, including 65438+ 0 ~ 2 tablets each time, 2 ~ 3 times a day.

Step 2 mix Dan

Main ingredients: Poria cocos, Placenta Hominis, Ginseng, Amomum villosum, Radix Aucklandiae, Fructus Alpinae Oxyphyllae, Cortex Moutan and Cortex et Radix Polygalae.

Indications: invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney. It is used for asthenia caused by congenital deficiency, acquired disorder and weakness of spleen and stomach.

3. Ginseng Jianpi Pill
