Click on the "red and yellow code complaint" in the "service item" or the "red and yellow code complaint" in the reply, and fill in the correct personal information and the screenshot of "twice nucleic acid detection in three days" (twice nucleic acid detection within 72 hours, with the interval between two monitoring exceeding 24 hours). Code red personnel also need to provide proof of uploading the official seal of the local disease control department.
3. Click the "Query Result" button, please enter your ID number to see if the data has been submitted successfully. If "Synchronization failed, please resubmit" appears, just click the "Resubmit" button.
Note: This code changing process is only for "yellow code and red code" personnel who meet the prevention and control conditions and have passed the nucleic acid detection. Cases that do not meet the code change requirements include: medium and high-risk persons, those with close relationships, and those whose nucleic acid detection is not uploaded to the platform synchronously. After the complaint is submitted successfully, the staff will manually verify the information, which will generally be processed within 24 hours.
