In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the examination, three related standards and the examinations in 2022 and 2023 were adjusted and arranged through research.
Matters needing attention in physical education examination:
1. Precautions for physical examination include: eating lightly before the exam, avoiding taking a bath, and dressing appropriately for exercise during the exam. In addition, if you have a problem, you should politely ask the referee to give you another chance. Finally, you must confirm your grades before you leave.
2. The diet before the exam should not only be light, but also avoid alcohol, tobacco and greasy and spicy food.
3. You can drink high-concentration glucose water in moderation 30 minutes before the physical examination, but avoid eating. At the same time, you should also do some warm-up activities such as jogging, leg press and waist pressing. Put it away.
4. Psychological problems. Adjust your mentality before the exam, and most students are basically fine. Only a few students make mistakes, so it is good for the exam to keep moderate tension. I was a teacher and referee in another school during the exam, and I looked unfamiliar. Students remember one thing: they serve our candidates, and students need not be afraid during the exam.
5. Safety and food hygiene. Be careful not to do strenuous exercise before the exam, and be careful not to get hurt. Don't eat unsanitary food.
