World Health Organization (WHO) official definition of health/ten standards for measuring health;
Energetic, able to cope with daily life and work calmly;
Optimistic, positive attitude, willing to undertake tasks, not picky;
Be good at rest and sleep well;
Strong adaptability, able to adapt to various environmental changes;
Have certain resistance to common cold and infectious diseases;
Proper weight, uniform posture, and coordinated proportions of all parts of the body;
Bright eyes, sharp reaction, no inflammation of eyelids;
White teeth, no defect, no pain, normal gums, no tooth decay;
Hair is smooth and dandruff-free;
The skin is shiny, elastic, easy to walk and energetic.
Health means not only the absence of disease or illness, but also the complete physical, mental and social well-being. In other words, a healthy person should have a strong physique and optimistic mental state, be able to maintain a harmonious relationship with the social and natural environment in which he lives, and have good psychological quality.
Healthy formula
After research, relevant experts put forward a formula for keeping in good health:
Health = (emotional stability+moderate exercise+reasonable diet)/(laziness+smoking+drinking)
The above formula shows that the "three elements of longevity" are beneficial to health. In the formula, the bigger the molecule, the healthier the body, and the bigger the denominator, the worse the body.
