How does China PICC inquire about insurance policies?

China Life can make inquiries through the counter, telephone, policy service personnel, mail, text messages, etc.

1, counter inquiry.

The applicant/insured can bring his/her ID card to the counter of China Life Insurance Company's offline service outlets to inquire about his/her policy, and the staff will assist in the inquiry.

2. Telephone inquiry.

The applicant/insured can call the official customer service hotline of China Life Insurance Company to inquire about the policy, and then inform the relevant information after changing jobs. After authentication, customer service will help with the inquiry.

3. Inquire through the policy service personnel.

After China Life Insurance products are insured, the applicant/insured usually has a special policy service person, so the applicant/insured can actually contact the policy service person to inquire about the policies under his name.

4. Email inquiry.
