As a doctor, what are your healthy living habits?

As a doctor, I have many healthy habits. For example, I often go to exercise. For example, I get up early in the morning to play badminton, or get up early in the morning to play badminton, or get up early in the morning, because I think exercise is the basic activity to protect people's health, and I don't often eat greasy things. Using greasy things has no positive effect on people's health.
