First, how to isolate closed-loop isolation?
Now returning from Africa, the Middle East or some European countries, our embassy has a policy of "closed-loop isolation 14 days". What should we do?
In fact, the closed-loop management of isolation means that in addition to going to the nucleic acid testing institution designated by the embassy for nucleic acid testing, you must strictly implement closed isolation and no longer contact with the outside world and others. And at least 14 days before boarding. For example, living alone, working at home, not contacting anyone, not using space and things with others, and so on.
Second, who needs the unit to prove closed-loop isolation?
In some countries, when applying for health code, closed-loop isolation must produce unit certificate, which mainly refers to Chinese-funded enterprises in the host country, including employees working in central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, private enterprises and private enterprises.
When applying for a health code, such personnel are required to submit passport information page, two negative reports of nucleic acid test, air tickets for travel itinerary, valid residence certificate (visa or residence permit) of the host country and enterprise isolation management certificate.
Third, if you are self-employed or unemployed, how should you show the closed-loop isolation certificate?
When applying for a health code, the self-employed or individual can replace the enterprise isolation management certificate with the self-isolation management commitment letter, and the rest information remains unchanged.
4. If many people return to China together, can they be isolated together?
Closed-loop isolation is the closed isolation of individuals, not in contact with others and the outside world. Living together by many people does not meet the requirements of isolated closed-loop management.
5. What is the meaning of "only passing through China once"?
When applying for the green code, you need to submit the entire air ticket travel itinerary. Most countries that have no direct flights back to China are only allowed to transfer to China once. In other words, the air ticket on a trip to travel itinerary must clearly reflect all the information of the country of origin, transit country (only one) and domestic destination. If there is more than one transfer, the embassy will not issue a green code.
6. What do you mean by "no more than transit between the two countries"?
Some countries are allowed to transfer to two countries because of their remoteness and inconvenient transportation, but they cannot return to more than two countries. That is to say, the air ticket on a trip to travel itinerary must clearly reflect all the information of the country of origin, transit countries (at most two) and domestic destinations. However, in addition to the place of departure, two transit sites are needed to allow secondary transit, otherwise the embassy of the transit site will not issue a green code.
7. Can I apply for a health code if my residence certificate (visa or residence permit) abroad has expired?
If the visa or residence permit expires, you can't issue a green code. You can only apply to the relevant departments of the host country for an extension first. In other words, when applying for the green code, the visa or residence permit of the local country must be valid.
Eight, the visa expires, the host country does not extend, how to get the green code?
If the visa or residence permit expires because the host country refuses to extend it, you can go to the relevant department of the host country to pay the fine for "overstaying" (basically a fine), and then use the fine receipt instead of a valid visa or residence permit to apply for a health code. But at present, the validity period of such receipts is different in different countries, usually only one week.
9. I am a sailor/crew docked at the port. How to apply for a health code without a valid visa or residence permit?
You can apply to the host country for a login permit, which is generally valid for 48 hours (slightly different in different countries). As long as the login card is within the validity period, it can be regarded as a valid residence certificate and submitted as one of the materials for applying for health code.
10. Can I apply for a health code outside working days?
At present, China's embassies abroad will arrange staff on duty to review and issue health codes on weekdays, weekends and public holidays, so don't worry.
