How to maintain the second-generation healthy wok from rusting?
I just bought a Supor stainless steel second-generation wok recently. That's how I maintain it. I need to clean the pot with detergent first, dry the water in the pot, then add a certain amount of cooking oil to the pot and heat it slowly so that the oil can be evenly applied to the inner surface of the pot. Stop heating when there is slight smoke, and wash and dry the pot body after it is naturally cooled to room temperature before use.
