The easiest way to have an itchy throat and cough is to peel a clove of garlic, put it in your mouth, take a bite, and slowly swallow one after the smell of garlic comes out. After one hour, the itchy throat will be fine.
Another method is to take a dozen cloves of garlic, mash them into mud, put them in a cup, add rock sugar, and brew them with boiling water as tea.
Garlic can be used to treat spleen, nephropathy and asthma.
Chop garlic and put it in a bowl (the bowl should be covered). Bring the fire to a boil and steam on low heat 10- 15 minutes. Don't eat garlic, just drink water.
Garlic is cooked (dried and browned but not browned), rolled into powder with a rolling pin, and poured into a cup with brown sugar as tea.
Peel garlic, wash it and soak it in honey for a week. The taste is better than the previous methods.
