How to pay attention to the daily safety protection of children's early education experience

Kindergarten is a place where many children live collectively, and the quality of safety and hygiene is related to the health and life of children. Some children slipped out of the kindergarten when the doorman was not looking and got lost. Another example is that the canteen is unsanitary or the food does not meet the standards, which leads to food poisoning for children. More is the injury caused by the teacher's weak sense of responsibility. If the teacher leads the child to slide on the slide, the teacher only cares about talking to others and does not concentrate on taking care of the child. As a result, the child fell down because of the crowd, causing injuries. Children leave the classroom while the teacher is not paying attention, chasing and running on the playground, accidentally falling down and so on. To this end, teachers are on pins and needles and take passive preventive measures to limit some activities of children. However, passive prevention is not conducive to the development of young children. Prevent safety accidents and ensure the safe and healthy growth of children. My views are as follows:

First of all, pay attention to the establishment of a living system and daily norms that conform to children's physical and mental characteristics, organize regular and rhythmic activities, and form a harmonious and orderly environment. Pay attention to providing children with enough time and space to avoid the danger and accidental injury caused by overcrowding. Pay equal attention to education and trust, and handle the relationship between "management" and "release". Teachers should pay attention to let children understand the code of conduct and strengthen management and guidance. At the same time, they should not excessively restrict the needs of children's physical and mental development. They should promote development through activities, promote the improvement of sports and coordinated behavior ability, and make children master safety routines and cultivate self-protection ability and safety awareness in this process, instead of rigidly restricting and simply prohibiting children's free activities. Attention should be paid to giving active guidance in various specific activities, and class education management should be changed from passive prevention to active promotion.

Second, we should strengthen the class management and regular education in kindergartens. In the management of class education, we should pay attention to safety education combined with the age characteristics of children, infiltrate safety education into activities in various fields, and create safety education activities with games and role-playing as the main forms of activities. Pay attention to children's safety in daily life and activities, including toys, activities, clothing, traffic, fire prevention and other safety, cultivate children's safety awareness from an early age, and constantly improve their self-protection awareness. Toys are used by children every day, and the harm that toys bring to children should be avoided. From the purchase, use and storage of toys, we must first consider ensuring the safety of children. Kindergartens should avoid buying toys that endanger children's safety; Teaching children how to play with toys, especially outdoor large toys, must be carried out under the guidance of teachers, especially those electric toys that need to be plugged in; Pay attention to the maintenance and storage of toys, and disinfect and clean them regularly. Large toys should be inspected and cleaned regularly, and worn toys should be repaired or discarded in time. When using dangerous tools such as scissors, we should pay attention to let children learn to master operating skills and essentials. Scissors should be reconciled and put back after use. You can't run around with scissors, power sockets, plugs, wires, matches, lighters, etc. It should not be placed where children can easily reach it. The use of outdoor sports equipment should follow correct sports skills and methods, especially rock climbing equipment. Children should learn to observe the changes in the surrounding environment, abide by the rules of activities, and must not do any dangerous actions. When walking and running, you should pay attention to the surrounding environment, don't run or jump violently, and learn to dodge to prevent collisions with your companions. Go up and down the stairs to the right. Don't push, pull or squeeze with your companions. Always tidy up clothes, lift pants, button up, don't wear slippers, and tie your shoelaces to avoid tripping during activities. Teachers who go out for activities should always confirm and count the number of people, take good care of the children, and teach them to keep up with the children in front, and not to fall behind or leave the team casually. Teach children to learn traffic signs and obey traffic rules. Cross the street and take the crosswalk. You can't run around in the street. Don't panic when crossing the road. Before crossing the road, pay attention to see if there is a car coming around.

In short, the safety work in kindergartens is related to the life safety of all children and affects the hearts of parents. We must give priority to safety work. Safety management and safety education in kindergartens must penetrate into all aspects of daily life, which will effectively ensure the safety of children and benefit the healthy development of kindergartens.
