Physical examination and quarantine are generally one of the necessary procedures for many international students to apply for going abroad, and they are often confused. I. Items to be prepared in advance for physical examination

Note: Please have an empty stomach on the day of physical examination, and please don't eat before physical examination.

1. Original ID card;

2. Passport (different requirements vary from place to place, generally no passport is needed, just fill in the passport number);

3. Two two-inch photos (preferably cut first);

4. Pencil;

5. Those who leave the country for a short time on business must carry their mission documents, and those who leave the country for a short time on private business must carry their visas;

6. The cost is around 350-520 yuan (the charging standards vary from place to place, so it is beneficial to have more equipment).

Second, the physical examination time and place:

1. Generally, you need to apply for a health certificate 7 days in advance, and you can receive immunization on the same day. Under special circumstances, it can also be expedited. Is the physical examination place local? Exit inspection and quarantine center? Or? Health center? Different places have different names.

Third, the physical examination procedure:

B. Physical examination contents:

1. Total score: medical examination, surgical examination, facial examination, X-ray fluoroscopy, electrocardiogram, laboratory examination (GTP, TTT, HBsAG, anti-HIV, R.P.R) and vaccination. Studying in Russia and Belarus also requires an AIDS test report (this is essential).

2. Details include: blood pressure, pulse, development, nutrition, skin, lymph nodes, vision, color discrimination, ear, nose and throat, B-ultrasound, thyroid, lung, heart, abdomen, spine, limbs, nervous system, electrocardiogram, chest X-ray examination, cholera and yellow fever vaccination (intravenous blood drawing is required), and AIDS testing.

C. submit the physical examination form and get the evidence collection form.

Give the physical examination form to the counter, post a 2-inch photo (with your name on the back), get the receipt of the evidence and keep it safe.

Fourth, get a medical certificate:
