Including fire, building collapse, crowded stampede and other major safety accidents in school buildings, major traffic accidents in schools, public safety accidents in large-scale group activities, logistics water supply and power supply accidents that have caused great impact and losses, and other sudden disasters that affect the safety and stability of schools.
3. Public health emergencies. Including school public health emergencies, public health emergencies that may cause harm to the health of teachers and students in Hailing District.
4. Natural disasters and emergencies. Including typhoons, earthquake disasters and various secondary disasters induced by earthquakes.
(4) Working principle
1. Unified command and quick response. The school has set up a leading group for emergency handling of public emergencies, which is fully responsible for the handling of public emergencies in our school and has formed a rapid response mechanism for handling public emergencies. Once a major event occurs, we should respond quickly, correctly and decisively, and strive to solve the problem in the bud.
4. Be responsible for classification. After the occurrence of public emergencies, all departments should start the emergency plan under the unified leadership of the school party branch and report to the district education bureau in time.
3. Give priority to timely prevention and control. Based on prevention, we should grasp early, grasp small and grasp early, conscientiously carry out the investigation and mediation of contradictions and disputes, do a good job in information collection and in-depth research, and strive to find, report, control and resolve early. It is necessary to control public emergencies at the grassroots level and within a minimum range to avoid social disorder and chaos.
4. Department linkage and coordinated response. 3. Composition and main responsibilities of the emergency working group
