Where is Luoxi Village?

Luoxi Village is located in the northeast of Guanchao Town. The whole village 13 villagers' groups, with a total population of about 1284 people. There are 30 villagers in party member, with 4 1.4 1.64 mu of cultivated land and 2,460 mu of forest land.
