Prepare glutinous rice flour, sticky rice flour and honey red beans;

Put 1 10g sticky rice flour, 100g glutinous rice flour, 150g honey red beans and salt into the conditioning cup of the cooking machine in turn, add 190g clear water, and then whip it into paste. First, stir evenly with a scraper until there is basically no dry powder, and then knead it into a ball by hand;

Spread the dough flat on a plate, and try to use a plate with a larger bottom diameter, so that the dough can be spread wider and avoid being stacked too high;

Put in a steamer and steam for 40-50 minutes after the fire. You can try chopsticks then. If the chopsticks are inserted into the dough and there is no attachment after being pulled out, they are steamed;

Put a layer of oil on the chopping board and some on your hands. Take out the dough, put it on the chopping board and start kneading.

You can also knock with a rolling pin;

Knead until the dough is slightly warm and not hot, flatten the dough and divide it into several pieces. I divided it into three parts. Dry the remaining granular honey red beans and spread them on the dough surface. Honey and red beans can be spread several times and will not be used up at one time. Then overlay the dough pieces together, flatten them with the palm of your hand, and then cut them from the middle;

Fold them together and crush them with the palm of your hand;

Divide into several small pieces, continue to spread red beans, then overlap, flatten and divide, and repeat this process for 3~4 times;

Finally, the rice cake dough is made into a cylinder and wrapped with plastic wrap;

Refrigerate in the refrigerator until hard, cut into pieces, steam or fry. Personally, I prefer fried food.
