How do women judge whether their breasts are healthy?
Stand in front of the mirror to check 1, stand in front of a big mirror with plenty of light, undress to the waist and observe your breasts. Don't scream if the two breasts are different in shape and size. Most women's breasts have different sizes. Arms droop naturally, and carefully observe the size, shape, position or any changes of breasts to see if there are wrinkles, pits, ulcers and skin discoloration. Check your nipples for dents, desquamation and change of direction. 2. Then, put your palm on your hip, press down hard, highlight the pectoral muscle in front of your breast, rotate your body, and clearly check the external changes of your breast. 3. Then, bend down in front of the mirror, turn your arms and elbows to tighten your chest muscles, so that your breasts droop forward, and observe the changes in the shape and outline of your breasts. 4. Then, put your hands behind your head, press your arms forward hard, and turn your body to observe the peripheral part of the breast. Remember to look at the edge of the breast, which requires you to hold the breast with your hand to observe. 5. Check whether there is liquid flowing out of the nipple. Hold around the nipple with your thumb and forefinger and pull towards the nipple to see if there is any liquid flowing out. Repeat the same action and check the other side.
