Understanding of body and mind

When I first heard that "a qualified person is a combination of body and mind", I felt that our professor's summary was too incisive. Careful aftertaste is indeed very reasonable, worthy of in-depth thinking and serious understanding.

"Body" refers to the body, "heart" refers to psychology and emotion, and "spirit" refers to thoughts, spirits, thoughts and souls, or valuable independent consciousness. A qualified person, a person who keeps pace with the times and is outstanding, should be a compound organism in which the trinity of body and mind is coordinated and sublimated or evolved and constantly selected from generation to generation.

A healthy body is the basic support of mental health and soul (spiritual) health, and soul health can better guide physical health and mental health. Mental health contributes to physical health and makes it last. Mental health and soul health are the sublimation of physical health. Physical health, mental health and spiritual health are the gradual growth paths of personal health. Without physical health, mental health and spiritual health will become fragile. A qualified person, a person who wants to excel and prove his worth, must at least be healthy in body and mind and soul. Only physical health without corresponding mental health and soul health, people will become mature and uncoordinated.

Of course, physical health, mental health and mental health cannot be achieved in one day. We should continue to practice in a planned, targeted, inspected, accepted, restored and innovative life. Of course, in the process of cultivation, we must constantly improve our cognition in many aspects, always keep a curiosity, and constantly strengthen learning, so that learning can become a good habit full of vitality in our short life, and independent and continuous learning can become an indispensable part of our cultivation life.

In today's information age, change is the norm, and the acceleration of change is the trend. There will be more and more uncertain things, but the unchangeable things will not change according to the law and present a constant. For example, the cultivation of life, that is, the maintenance of physical and mental health, is an eternal thing that everyone of us must pay attention to in such an information age. The physical and mental health and the effective and correct life cultivation of the three around a goal should be our conscious behavior of becoming a qualified person-an outstanding individual who keeps pace with the times. Cultivating and correcting physical and mental health and even Excellence is a legitimate choice that we should always adhere to, be correct and never regret.
