How to build the cornerstone of the right to health?

A serious illness insurance system and a disease emergency treatment system have also been established in an all-round way, and a multi-compound medical insurance payment method based on disease types and a guarantee mechanism for serious and serious diseases to avoid poverty caused by illness have been established.
