The three strategies for nutrition and health promotion are

Advocacy, empowerment and coordination.

1. Advocacy: Advocacy refers to policy support, the recognition of health measures by all sectors of society and the adjustment of service direction by health departments, which stimulates social participation and creates favorable socio-economic, cultural and environmental conditions.

2. Empowerment: Empowerment means that people can control their own health decisions and behaviors, which is conducive to ensuring that everyone enjoys equal opportunities for medical care and resources.

3. Coordination: Coordination refers to the interests and actions of individuals, communities, health institutions, social and economic departments, governments and non-governmental organizations in health promotion, forming a strong alliance and social support system, and working together to achieve health goals.
