Carbonated drinks and colored drinks.
I haven't drunk carbonated drinks since I read a nutritionist's book and learned about the acidity and alkalinity of food. Carbonated drinks (including beer) are acidic foods, but the human body is weakly alkaline to be healthy. The constitution is acidic, and the probability of getting cancer is also high. Except that sugar can replenish energy for human body, aerated "carbonated drinks" contain almost no nutrition. Carbonated drinks contain high phosphorus content, and excessive drinking may change the proportion of calcium and phosphorus in human body. As for colored drinks, I dare not drink them. Look carefully at the ingredients, many of them have artificial pigments such as sunset yellow, lemon yellow and essence. Such a liquid is nutritious and harmful, and drinking too much will have an impact on the liver and kidneys. In fact, you can make your own healthy sports drink, which is to mix glucose, healthy balanced salt, vitamins and mineral water in proportion.
