"Why do people get sick" is the first lesson of health education in the fifth grade of primary school. The text is divided into three parts. The first part shows that everyone wants to have a healthy body, but because of the widespread existence of pathogenic factors, people often get sick in their lives. The second part explains in detail five factors that cause people to get sick. The third part shows that illness is inevitable, but most diseases can be prevented as long as individuals pay attention to safety, hygiene, reasonable nutrition and mental health in their daily lives and develop good living habits.
The teaching focus of this class is the cause of disease, which is also the teaching difficulty of this class. The teaching objectives of this lesson are:
1. Knowledge objective: Let students know the causes of human diseases and the physical, chemical, biological, social and psychological factors and nutritional factors that lead to human diseases.
2. Ability goal: let students learn to analyze the causes of illness, strengthen physical exercise and improve their self-care ability.
3. Emotion, attitude and values: Enhance students' awareness of health care, establish the concept of healthy life, and remind students to develop good health habits in daily life and prevent diseases.
Second, preach the law.
Scientific and reasonable teaching methods can make the teaching effect get twice the result with half the effort and achieve the harmonious and perfect unity of teaching and learning. Based on this, the teaching methods I intend to adopt are multimedia teaching method, teaching method and tutoring method. Teaching methods, teachers can systematically impart knowledge and give full play to teachers' leading role. Multimedia teaching method can stimulate students' interest in learning and has stronger visual impact.
In the study of law, my guiding ideology is to "return the initiative of learning to students" and advocate the learning mode of "independence, cooperation and inquiry". In order to better achieve the teaching objectives and solve the teaching difficulties, I am going to carry out classroom teaching according to the following five links.
Link 1, introduce a new lesson, play a video about the global spread of influenza A, and then ask students to talk about "Do you know which countries have influenza A virus H 1N 1?" This way eliminates students' nervousness and stimulates students' interest in learning.
Link 2: Reading. The new curriculum clearly points out: "Reading is students' personalized behavior, and teachers' analysis should not replace students' reading practice". This link shows slides one by one, showing "the causes and examples of illness", so that students can read and understand the relevant content, thus clearing their minds and strengthening their memory.
In the third session, discuss, the students discuss "the reason why people get sick" in groups, and then the group recommends representatives to talk about what diseases they have. What is the reason? How did you feel then? After the students speak, classify the diseases that the students in this class have suffered, and compare the causes mentioned in the textbook to discuss with the students what factors have caused the diseases that everyone has suffered. In this link, through group discussion, students' speeches and teachers' intensive lectures, we can make a breakthrough in teaching.
Link 4, systematic summary, summarized by students, teachers show slides to show "five factors of human illness" to deepen students' understanding, and finally teachers and students summarize "how to prevent diseases", so as to cultivate students' good health habits and fitness habits and prevent diseases.
Link 5, expand training. In this link, I designed two activities to complete the transformation from knowledge and ability to emotional attitude and values. Activity 1 "Special attention", "How to prevent the spread of influenza A virus?" Let the students reflect on their daily behavior and talk about their preventive measures in combination with their living habits. Activity 2 "Small Farewell Ceremony", let students reflect on their bad habits in daily life, find out 1-2, write it on a small piece of paper, fold it up, walk to the podium one by one, and throw it into the "bad habit box" prepared by the teacher in advance to remind students to get rid of bad behaviors that are harmful to health completely.
